An Option Charge clause defines the fee or cost associated with exercising a contractual option, such as extending a lease, purchasing additional goods, or accessing extra services. (For the September 2002 Payment Periods no charge shall be made for Non-Firm Contracted Options nominated as Exercisable Options). 2.2.4 Any rebate due under the Winter Peak Management Programme. 2.2.5 Any rebate of Booking Fees paid for Exercisable Options that have been nominated as Active Options as determined in Section 2.4 of this Schedule 2.3 Contracted Options nominated as Relinquished Options shall incur no fees and the VIPP Supplier loses all rights to these Contracted Options 2.4 For each Contracted Option, which had previously been nominated as an Exercisable Option, nominated for the Payment Period as an Active Option a rebate will be made of all Booking Fees paid to date. The maximum rebate in any one month will not exceed the Option Fee.

  • Cancellation Charge In the event of a Network Rail Cancellation or a Train Operator Cancellation the party cancelling the Service (the "Cancelled Service") shall pay a Cancellation Charge, Ct, which shall be equivalent to:

This section 4 sets out when Early Termination Charges are payable by the Service Provider and how those Early Termination Charges are calculated. 4.4. The LFC may, at its discretion, elect to waive Early Termination Charges that become payable by the Service Provider.

  • TRANSACTION CHARGES will be charged for each transaction recorded on the shareholder accounting system, including, but not limited to, the following transactions: · Share purchases; · Share redemptions; · Fund liquidations; · Dividends; · Wire order purchases and redemptions (placement and confirmations); · Exchanges; · Account maintenance such as address changes; · Transfers; and · Account opening.
