Common use of Order Acknowledgements Clause in Contracts

Order Acknowledgements. D-O Orders shall be acknowledged by Aspect within five (5) working days after receipt of the Order, provided that the Order conforms to this Agreement and that the requested delivery time is within the agreed lead time and the quantity ordered does not exceed by more than the greater of [**] units or [**] percent ([**]%) of the quantity of such Aspect Product ordered in any of the three (3) preceding months.
