ORDER OF PRECEDENCE OF DOCUMENTS. In the case of a conflict between the terms of this Contract and the General Requirements, the General Requirements shall govern. In the case of a conflict between the General Requirements and the Supplementary General Conditions, the Supplementary General Conditions shall govern. In the case of a conflict between a Task Order Agreement, and the Contractor’s Proposal, the Task Order Agreement shall govern. In the case of a conflict between the Task Order Agreement and the Supplementary General Conditions or the General Requirements, the terms of the Task Order Agreement shall govern.
