ORDER OF PRECEDENCE OF DOCUMENTS. In the event of a conflict between the documents that constitute DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-4339, the Agreement, the documents shall govern in the following order of precedence: (i) DIR-TSO-4339, (ii) the Subscription Schedule, (iii) the Agreement (iv) the local implementation agreement for the Subscription provided outside the United States, (v) applicable provisions in the Documentation, the Order.
