Common use of Orientation and Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Orientation and Evaluation. Customer will provide Personnel with orientation of Customer’s policies, procedures and School Work Site specific training. Customer will provide School Work Site specific emergency protocol training for all student’s with a medically related disability. Customer will perform evaluations of Personnel annually and provide documentation of the evaluation to Maxim. If Customer identifies area for improvement for any Personnel, Customer will collaborate with Maxim to provide additional recourses for training and orientation.
