Common use of Orientation Meetings Clause in Contracts

Orientation Meetings. The Employer agrees to provide representatives of RDBC with an opportunity and forum for meeting with new Residents appointed to the Employer so that the representatives of RDBC may introduce the new Residents to the function of the Association and solicit memberships. Such an opportunity and forum shall be made available during the normal working hours within six (6) weeks of the appointment of new Residents.
