Common use of Orientation Pay Clause in Contracts

Orientation Pay. 28 Prior to the beginning of the academic year in August, the Division of Academic Affairs 29 may sponsor an orientation program for new employees. Attendance at this program is 30 required. Employees shall receive $100 per day up to a maximum of $500 for 31 attendance at this program.
