Common use of Orientation Clause in Contracts

Orientation. The objectives of orientation shall be to familiarize newly hired employees with the objectives and philosophy of the Hospital and its services, to orient new employees to Hospital policies and procedures, and to instruct new employees as to their functions and responsibilities to enable them to practice independently. Employees will be oriented through a combination of instructional conferences, floor and/or shift work.
