Orientations. The Employer shall distribute to each new employee at his/her initial orientation a check off authorization and membership card, a New Member Brochure and Packet. At their orientation, new employees will also be provided with the names and phone numbers of Shop Stewards. The Employer will collect signed Union authorization and membership cards at the initial orientation for those employees who sign the cards then.
