Other Administrators. The CTEA administrative organization will be designed so that all divisions and departments are part of a single system guided by Board policies, which are implemented through the Director. If deemed necessary and financially viable, other administrators may be retained by the Board (e.g. Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction); other administrators will be supervised by the Director and evaluated annually by the Director with approval of the Board. Other administrators are expected to administer their resources in accordance with federal and state regulations, Board policy, and the rules and procedures outlined by the Director.
Other Administrators. It will be the responsibility of the Director to evaluate all other CTEA administrators annually. Such evaluation will be based on 1) the appropriate administrative position job description, 2) student achievement, and 3) in cooperation with the Director, Board, and administrator, an established a set of goals and objectives for each calendar year. The Director will report to the Board annually regarding the performance of administrative personnel.
Other Administrators. Other administrative officers of the school system function on the basis of authority delegated to them and responsibilities assumed by them which are consistent with federal and state statutes, rulings of the Commissioner of Education, Board of Education policies and bylaws, and administrative procedures and regulations.
Other Administrators. Your Primary Customer Administrator may authorize additional administrators with the same powers (“Customer Administrator(s)”) and assign them their own Identification Data. Identification Data may be reset or changed from time to time.

  • Contract Administrators All notices permitted or required to be given by one Party to the other and all questions about the contract from one Party to the other shall be addressed and delivered to the other Party’s Contract Administrator. The name, post office address, street address, telephone number, fax number, and email address of the Parties’ respective initial Contract Administrators are set out below. Either Party may change the name, post office address, street address, telephone number, fax number, or email address of its Contract Administrator by giving timely written notice to the other Party.

  • Successor Administrator If a successor Administrator for the Investment Company shall be appointed by the Investment Company, FAS shall upon termination of this Agreement deliver to such successor Administrator at the office of FAS all properties of the Investment Company held by it hereunder. If no such successor Administrator shall be appointed, FAS shall at its office upon receipt of Proper Instructions deliver such properties in accordance with such instructions. Each Fund will bear all out-of-pocket expenses arising from the transition of Administrative Services to a successor Administrator, including without limitation the expenses of moving or transmitting materials to the successor Administrator.

  • Engagement of Administrator The Issuer and the Owner Trustee engage the Administrator to perform the obligations of the Issuer and the Owner Trustee under the Transaction Documents as described in this Agreement, and the Administrator accepts the engagement.

  • Administrators The Administrator may employ one or more sub-administrators from time to time to perform such of the acts and services of the Administrator and upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Administrator and such sub-administrators and approved by the Trustees of the Fund, all as permitted by the Investment Company Act of 1940.

  • Contract Administrator The Contract Administrator will monitor and coordinate contract activities on a day-to-day basis.
