To supervise children properly so that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. You further agree that you will not: Commit any criminal offence at the park or undertake any criminal activity. Commit acts of vandalism or nuisance. Keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon on the park. Use any unlawful drugs. Create any undue noise or disturbance. Musical instruments, CD players, radios, televisions and other appliances must not be used in such a way as to cause nuisance to others. No excessive noise is permitted at any time and in particular at night between 2300 hours and 0730 hours. Please respect the privacy of other guests and keep noise to an absolute minimum. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our park buildings, including electronic cigarettes. Open fires and ground level barbeques are not permitted. You may only use charcoal-based barbeques only, no wood or fuels that cause sparks. Never take a barbeque into a caravan, porch area or awning. Even if extinguished a barbeque can give off lethal fumes. Always use barbeques away from your unit, in a well-ventilated area. You must not leave any litter on the ground. Please use the bins provided around the estate and keep the estate and facilities clean and tidy. Other Animals. Dogs and other pets are not permitted on Premises and in the Vacation Rental. Exceptions can be made for certified service dogs and an additional non-refundable cleaning charge may be accessed. • If a certified service dog exception is made, such dog must have a collar and wear a valid tag showing it has a current rabies vaccination. • A service dog must be kept on a leash when not inside the Vacation Property. Dogs may not be chained up or caged outside the vacation home. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. • Dog waste must always be cleaned up after and may not run free in the Park under any circumstances. • Failure to adhere to the above rules concerning a dog may result in revocation of License. • Service Dog owners will be liable for all damages and/or injury caused by their dog. If management receives more than one written complaint with respect to excessive barking, biting a person or other dog, or displaying aggressive behavior the licensee(s) will be required to remove the dog from the Park.

  • Service Animals Humber Residence acknowledges the rights of persons with disabilities to retain their service animal while living in Residence. In order to preserve the health and safety of all people and animals living or working in the Residence environment, the Resident will notify the Residence Office that they require a service animal and will provide documentation as outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act confirming that the Resident requires the service animal. The Resident will also complete a Service Animal Agreement with the Residence Manager or designate, and agrees to adhere to the requirements within it.
