The Concessionaire shall obtain, as required under the Applicable Laws, all Permits and Approvals required for the Project on or before the appointed date, save and except to the waiver granted by the Authority in accordance with this Agreement, including the following, wherever applicable: 1) Approval of Drawings and Plans for construction/ Layout Plan Approval /Building Plan Approval Municipal Corporation / Local Area Planning Authority 2) Water Connection Local Municipal Body/ Municipal Corporation/Committee 3) Traffic Management during operation Traffic Police 4) Application for PAN, sales tax and other tax registrations etc. Concerned Departments of State Govt. and Govt of India 5) Electricity Connection State Electricity/Board/Corporation 6) Clearance for employing labour‐primary employer Labour Commissioner 7) Employment Labour Labour Commissioner 8) License for hotel, other activities Concerning Department of GoM and GoI
