This award is subject to the uniform administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements for Federal awards located at 2 CFR Part 200 and CNCS’s implementing regulations at 2 CFR Part 2205. Awardees must read and understand these requirements because they are responsible for implementing all of them. The recipient must comply with all other applicable statutes, executive orders, regulations, and policies governing the award, including, but not limited to, 2 CFR Chapter I, those cited in these Grant Terms and Conditions and program specific terms and conditions, and the Grant Assurances and Certifications.
