Common use of Other Assignments Clause in Contracts

Other Assignments. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon, the successors and permitted assigns of the parties. Registrar shall not assign or transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Registry Operator, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Other Assignments. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreementherein, the provisions of this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon, the successors and permitted assigns of the partiesParties hereto. Registrar shall not assign or transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement Agreement, except to an affiliate or to a successor in interest in the event of a sale of the Registrar or substantially all of its assets, without the prior written consent of the Registry Operator, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Registry Operator may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement to an affiliate without the consent of Registrar.
