Other Attributes. Consistent with the definition of Green Attributes, Seller is not obligated under this Agreement to sell, transfer or assign to SCE any credits, benefits, emissions reductions, offsets, or allowances, howsoever entitled, that are not attributable to the generation from the Project (see Section 1.B of Exhibit B). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller is obligated to transfer Green Attributes to SCE as required in accordance with the last sentence of the definition of Green Attributes.
