No Pyramiding Clause Samples
The No Pyramiding clause prevents a party from receiving multiple recoveries or benefits for the same event or loss under a contract. In practice, this means that if a party is entitled to compensation or remedies under several provisions for a single incident, they cannot stack or combine those entitlements to increase their total recovery. This clause ensures fairness by avoiding double-counting of damages and clarifies that remedies are not cumulative for the same breach or issue.
