Other breaks Sample Clauses

The 'Other breaks' clause defines additional periods during which employees are permitted to take time away from their work duties beyond standard breaks such as lunch or rest periods. This may include short personal breaks, time for medical needs, or other specific circumstances outlined by company policy or law. By specifying these allowances, the clause ensures clarity regarding when and how employees can take extra breaks, helping to prevent misunderstandings and supporting compliance with workplace regulations.
