Other Closing Matters. In addition to the other matters required to be delivered under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each of Rolling Thunder and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ shall deliver, at the Closing, such customary certificates, resolutions and other closing documents as may be required by the other Party, acting reasonably.
