Other Closures. The University reserves the right to close any Student Housing and may require all students to vacate Student Housing for all or part of any closure period. The University shall also have the right to temporarily or permanently close any and all Student Housing and require students to vacate Student Housing in accordance with Public Health Requirements in place from time to time.
