Any damage caused by a breach of the terms of confidentiality shall be determined and compensated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus. 9.6. The obligations of the Parties to protect confidential information shall apply during the term of the Offer and after termination. 9.7. The Parties may establish modifications and/or amendments of this Agreement, provided the authorized representatives of the Parties agree them upon in writing. 10.9. All appendixes to the present Agreement are to be considered integral parts thereof.
