Common use of Other connection Clause in Contracts

Other connection. to a Bondholder (or to a third party on behalf of a Bondholder) who is subject to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such Bond by reason of his having some connection with a Relevant Tax Jurisdiction otherwise than merely by holding the Bond or by the receipt of amounts in respect of the Bond; or

Other connection. to a Bondholder holder (or to a third party on behalf of a Bondholderholder) who is subject liable to such taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges in respect of such Bond by reason of his having some connection with a Relevant Tax Jurisdiction otherwise other than merely by the mere holding of the Bond or by the receipt of amounts in respect of the Bond; or
