If the reasonable time for labor is four (4) hours or more, the parties shall meet to negotiate what payment, if any, should become payable. D. Photocopies requested by the Union shall be provided upon request, within a reasonable time, to be billed later, for photocopies provided at Fire Rescue Administration office or the County Administration Building.
