Other Cost Items Sample Clauses

The 'Other Cost Items' clause defines and governs additional expenses that may arise under a contract but are not explicitly listed elsewhere. It typically outlines categories of costs such as administrative fees, travel expenses, or incidental charges, and may specify how these costs are to be approved, documented, or reimbursed. By addressing these miscellaneous or unforeseen expenses, the clause ensures that both parties have clarity on how such costs will be handled, reducing the risk of disputes over payment for items not originally anticipated.
