Other Interpretive Provisions. With reference to this Agreement, unless otherwise specified herein:
(a) The meanings of defined terms are equally applicable to the singular and plural forms of the defined terms.
(b) The words "“herein,” “hereto,” “hereof", "herein", "” and “hereunder" ” and words of similar words import when used herein shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement; and subsectionthereof.
(c) Article, Section, Exhibit and Schedule and Exhibit references are to this Agreement unless otherwise specifiedin which such reference appears.
(d) The term “including” is by way of example and not limitation.
