Common use of Other Material Contracts Clause in Contracts

Other Material Contracts. Except as otherwise disclosed in Exhibits to this Agreement, Seller is not a party to, nor is the property of Seller bound by, any representative or agency agreement; any agreement not entered into in the ordinary course of business; any indenture or lease; or any agreement that is unusual in nature, duration, that would in any way affect the Seller.

Other Material Contracts.
