Common use of Other Methods of Procurement of Goods and Non-Consulting Services Clause in Contracts

Other Methods of Procurement of Goods and Non-Consulting Services. The following methods, other than International Competitive Bidding, may be used for procurement of goods and non-consulting services for those contracts specified in the Procurement Plan: (a) National Competitive Bidding, subject to the additional provisions agreed from time to time in the Procurement Plan; (b) Limited International Bidding (c) Shopping; (d) Direct Contracting; (e) Force Account; and (f) Framework Agreement in accordance with procedures which have been found acceptable to the Bank.

Other Methods of Procurement of Goods and Non-Consulting Services. The following methodstable specifies the methods of procurement, other than International Competitive Bidding, which may be used for procurement of goods and non-consulting services for those contracts specified in services. The Procurement Plan shall specify the Procurement Plan:circumstances under which such methods may be used. (a) National Competitive Bidding, subject to and the additional provisions agreed from time to time in between the Procurement Plan; Recipient and the World Bank (b) Limited International Bidding Competitive Bidding/Shopping (c) Shopping; (d) Direct Contracting; (e) Force Account; and (f) Framework Agreement in accordance with procedures which have been found acceptable to the Bank.

Other Methods of Procurement of Goods and Non-Consulting Services. The following methodsmethods of procurement, other than International Competitive Bidding, may be used for procurement of goods and non-consulting services for those contracts specified in the Procurement Plan: services: (a) National Competitive Bidding, Bidding (subject to the additional provisions agreed from time to time procedures in the Procurement Planparagraph 3 below); and (b) Limited International Bidding (c) Shopping; (d) Direct Contracting; (e) Force Account; and (f) Framework Agreement in accordance with procedures . The Procurement Plan shall specify the circumstances under which have been found acceptable to the Banksuch methods may be used.
