Common use of Other Note Clause in Contracts

That certain Promissory Note (Brookridge Heights), dated as of the date hereof, from Borrower, as maker, and payable to the order of Lender, as holder, in the original principal amount of Eight Million One Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Three Hundred and No/100 U.S. Dollars ($8,181,300.00), as the same may be amended, renewed, extended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Loan Agreement or such promissory note.
