Other Positions. Any new, full-time communications officer position within the department shall be subject to challenge by the Labor Council to the State Employment Relations Board, for inclusion or exclusion as bargaining unit members, pursuant to Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code and the SERB Rules and Regulations.
