Other Problems. The Vendor will perform Problem Resolution Management for all components of the total system, including AS Software, hardware and Firmware as follows: (a) Owner Operational Problems - If the condition is determined to be the result of unauthorized use or misuse of the AS System by the Owner, it will be referred back to the Owner by the Vendor. At the Owner's request the Vendor will prepare a proposal for billable effort to correct such nonstandard use.
