Other Scheduled Overtime. Where an employee reports for work at the call of the Employer for work that does not fall under any of the other definitions in the section, the employee will be paid time and one‐half (1½X) the rate of pay for all hours worked in accordance with (d) for a minimum of three (3) hours. There are 2 exceptions to this. The first exception is training, where employees will be paid time and one‐ half (1½X) their regular rate of pay. The second exception is movie shoots, where employees will be paid at two times (2X) the rate of pay in accordance with (d).
