Other Services – Microcode Support. 기타 서비스 – 마이크로코드 지원 a. The Lenovo Microcode Support Analysis (“Microcode Services”) b. Lenovo will perform an analysis and verify whether the recorded Microcode levels of all Eligible Lenovo Machines for Microcode Support Analysis service covered by the Lenovo Services part number purchased are up-to-date, taking into account any dependencies on the operating system and driver levels. Any dependencies between connected Eligible Lenovo Machines will also be verified. Verification of the dependencies within a network will be completed only if Microcode Services have been purchased for the connected network components. Once the Microcode Support Analysis is complete, the Project Management Office Representative will electronically deliver a Microcode Support Plan to your point of contact. Your responsibilities under Microcode Support Analysis are to: 마이크로코드 지원 분석상 귀하의 책임사항은 다음과 같습니다. a. coordinate time and schedule for pending actions with the Lenovo Project Management Office Representative and will ensure your observance of the agreed schedule; 레노버 프로젝트 관리 오피스 대표자와 진행 중인 조치의 시간과 일정을 조율하고 귀하가 합의된 일정을 준 수하도록 할 것. b. remain responsible during the Microcode Support Analysis for any decisions regarding upgrades on your Eligible Lenovo Machines as documented in your Microcode Support Plan, this may include updates for device drivers and/or operating system; 마이크로코드 지원 계획상 문서화 된 바에 따라 마이크로코드 지원 분석 기간 중 귀하의 해당 레노버 기계 에 관한 결정에 대한 책임을 부담할 것. 이는 기기의 드라이버 또는 운영시스템의 업데이트를 포함할 수 있 습니다. c. provide the Lenovo Project Management Office Representative with all information requested during the remote welcome planning call. This may include your system configuration and an outline of your network topology; 원격 기획 전화 도중 요구되는 모든 정보를 레노버 프로젝트 관리 오피스 대표자에게 제공할 것. 이는 시스 템 세팅과 네트워크 토폴로지의 개요를 포함할 수 있습니다. d. ensure that Lenovo will have remote access to your Eligible Lenovo Machines for querying the required system data, or, if deemed possible by the Lenovo Project Management Office Representative, ensure that you provide the Lenovo Project Management Office Representative with the required system data identified by Lenovo. You hereby approve the use of programs enabling Lenovo to query the Microcode levels or the required data and be solely responsible for security of the network; 레노버가 필요한 시스템 정보를 조회하기 위하여 귀하의 해당 레노버 기계에 원격으로 접근할 수 있도록 하 고, 또는 레노버 프로젝트 관리 오피스 대표자가 가능하다고 간주하는 경우에는 귀하가 레노버 프로젝트 관 리 오피스 대표자에게 레노버가 알려 준 요구 시스템 데이터를 제공할 것. 귀하는 레노버가 마이크로코드 레 벨을 조회할 수 있는 프로그램 및 필요정보를 사용하는 것을 승인하고 네트워크 안전에 대한 유일한 책임자 가 됨을 승인합니다. e. notify the Lenovo Project Management Office Representative of changes to your Eligible Lenovo Machines, and of updates to the Microcode, drivers or operating systems that are not documented in the Microcode Support Plan. Lenovo will update the Microcode Support Plan accordingly; 레노버 프로젝트 관리 오피스 대표자에게 귀하의 해당 레노버 기계의 변경사항 및 마이크로코드 지원 계획에 문서화 되지 않은 마이크로코드, 드라이버, 또는 운영시스템의 업데이트 사항을 고지할 것. 레노버는 그에 따라 마이크로코드 지원 계획을 업데이트 합니다. f. observe and abide by the accepted license terms for the Microcode; 마이크로코드에 대한 수락된 라이선스 조건을 준수할 것. g. install and activate, per Lenovo’s instructions, the Microcode Data Collector program(s); 레노버의 지시에 따라 마이크로코드 데이터 수집기 프로그램의 설치하고 활성화할 것. h. be responsible to maintain the ID and password table of the applicable Eligible Products within the Microcode Data Collector program(s) where necessary; 필요한 경우 마이크로코드 데이터 수집기 프로그램 내의 해당 제품의 IP 및 비밀번호를 유지할 책임을 질 것. i. remove, per Lenovo’s instructions, the Microcode Data Collector program(s); 레노버의 지시에 따라 마이크로코드 데이터 수집기 프로그램을 제거할 것. j. make the necessary network changes to allow Lenovo access to your Eligible Lenovo Machines and your network during the hours we agreed upon; 합의된 시간 동안 레노버가 귀하의 해당 레노버 기계 및 네트워크에 접근할 수 있도록 필요한 네크워크 변경을 할 것.

Lenovo provides knowledge and experience in providing you with a Microcode Support Plan, however Lenovo may not know about other Microcode levels on machines that are not covered under this contract; and acknowledge and accept that Lenovo’s performance is dependent upon your management and fulfillment of your responsibilities under this Agreement. Any delay in performance of your responsibilities may result in delays in providing the Services and shall incur additional costs 지원 계획에서 제공된 추천사항의 이행 및 본 계약상 귀하가 신청한 레노버 기계의 마이크로코드 레벨을 유 지할 기타 다른 기술적 절차를 이행할 책임을 부담할 것. 레노버는 마이크로코드 지원 계획을 귀하에게 제공 하면서 지식과 경험을 제공하나, 본 계약으로 커버되지 않는 기계의 마이크로코드 레벨을 알지 못할 수 있으 며, 귀하는 레노버의 이행은 귀하의 관리 및 본 계약상 귀하의 책임사항의 이행에 의존함을 이해하고 이를 수락합니다. 귀하의 책임사항이 지체되는 경우 서비스 제공의 지체가 유발될 수 있고, 추가적인 비용이 발생 할 수 있습니다.
