Other Transaction Limits Clause Samples

The "Other Transaction Limits" clause sets boundaries on the types or amounts of transactions that are permitted under an agreement, outside of the main transaction or scope. Typically, this clause will specify caps on the value or frequency of additional transactions, or restrict certain types of dealings that could otherwise occur alongside the primary contract. By clearly defining these limits, the clause helps prevent unauthorized or excessive activities, thereby managing risk and ensuring that the parties remain within the intended scope of their business relationship.
