Other Types of Transactions Clause Samples

The "Other Types of Transactions" clause defines how the agreement applies to transactions that are not explicitly covered elsewhere in the contract. It typically clarifies whether additional types of business dealings, such as joint ventures, asset sales, or service arrangements, fall within the scope of the agreement or require separate terms. This clause ensures that both parties understand the boundaries of the contract, preventing misunderstandings about what is or is not included and reducing the risk of disputes over unaddressed transaction types.
