Out-of-Area. Job Search Assistance shall be provided to participants that move out of the area. Case Manager/Career Planner shall refer the participant to a One-Stop Center in their new Local Workforce Development Area (LWDA). Case Manager/Career Planner shall contact the center and provide referrals for the participant such as locations, hours, phone number, website and directions on how to access the center and identify their new Case Manager/Career Planner. Case Manager/Career Planner shall work closely with partners, especially Probation, to be able to identify and track any participants leaving the area so the participant can receive assistance. The Case Manager/Career Planner shall track their outcomes.
