Out of Hours Coordinated Installations. 9.2.4.10.1 For purposes of this Section, Qwest’s standard installation hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Installations requested outside of these hours are considered to be Out of Hours Installations. 9.2.4.10.2 CLEC may request an Out of Hours Coordinated Installation outside of Qwest’s standard installation hours. 9.2.4.10.3 To request Out of Hours Coordinated Installations, CLEC will submit an LSR designating the desired appointment time. CLEC must specify an Out of Hours Coordinated Installation in the Remarks section of the LSR. 9.2.4.10.4 The date and time for Out of Hours Coordinated Installations may need to be negotiated between Qwest and CLEC because of system downtime, Switch upgrades, Switch maintenance, and the possibility of other CLECs requesting the same appointment times in the same Switch (Switch contention).
Out of Hours Coordinated Installations. 9.2.4.10.1 For purposes of this Section, Qwest’s normal installation hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If Qwest commences an installation during these hours, Qwest will complete the installation the same day with no Out of Hours charges. Installations requested to commence outside of these hours are considered to be Out of Hours Installations. 9.2.4.10.1.1 Installations requested by CLEC to occur within normal installation hours, but performed or completed out of hours are not considered Out of Hours Coordinated Installations. 9.2.4.10.2 CLEC may request an Out of Hours Coordinated Installation outside of Qwest’s normal installation hours. 9.2.4.10.2.1 Other than under Section 10.2 (LNP), Qwest will not request Out of Hours Coordinated Installations.
Out of Hours Coordinated Installations. For purposes of this Section, CenturyLink's standard installation hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Customer may request an out of hours Coordinated Installation outside of CenturyLink's standard installation hours. Installations requested outside of standard installation hours are considered to be out of hours Installations.

This notice should include the anticipated coordinated installation appointment times and volumes to be installed out of hours. 9.2.4.10.3 CLEC shall request out of hours coordinated installations by submitting a Local Service Request (LSR) and designating the desired appointment time. In the remarks section of the LSR, CLEC must specify an Out of Hours coordinated installation. 9.2.4.10.4 The date and time for out of hours coordinated installations may need to be negotiated between Qwest and CLEC because of system downtime, switch upgrades, switch maintenance, and the possibility of other CLECs requesting the same appointment times in the same switch (switch contention).

Related to Out of Hours Coordinated Installations

  • Installations Any special carpentry, wiring, electrical or other work, gas, steam, water and drainage connection shall be installed at Exhibitor’s expense, and in accordance with the building and Management’s direction.

  • Installation When installation is required, the Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the Commodities or parts in the required locations at no additional charge. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the Commodity or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, tools, rigging, labor, and materials required to install or replace the Commodities or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Delivery and Installation Delivery 7.1 Provided the conditions in clause 1.5 have been satisfied, we must, or must procure, the delivery of the System to the Premises. 7.2 The risk of loss or theft of, or damage to, the System passes to you on delivery of the System to the Premises.

  • MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, OR ALTERATIONS The Tenant shall, at their own expense and at all times, maintain premises in a clean and sanitary manner, and shall surrender the same at termination hereof, in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. The Tenant may not make any alterations to the leased premises without the consent in writing of the Landlord. The Landlord shall be responsible for repairs to the interior and exterior of the building. If the Premises includes a washer, dryer, freezer, dehumidifier unit and/or air conditioning unit, the Landlord makes no warranty as to the repair or replacement of units if one or all shall fail to operate. The Landlord will place fresh batteries in all battery-operated smoke detectors when the Tenant moves into the premises. After the initial placement of the fresh batteries it is the responsibility of the Tenant to replace batteries when needed. A monthly "cursory" inspection may be required for all fire extinguishers to make sure they are fully charged.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.
