Out of Hours Service. An Out of Hours Service charge applies when a BUYER requests installation or provisioning outside SELLER’s normally scheduled business day as defined in ¶ 3.3. Out of Hours Service charges are set forth in the Pricing Addendum. SELLER will approve Out of Hours Service requests on a first come, first served basis. An Out of Hours Service charge may be combined with other SELLER installation services such as an Expedite Service charge. SELLER reserves the right to deny BUYER’s request for installation or provisioning of service outside SELLER’s normally scheduled business hours, as defined in ¶ 3.3, during unanticipated heavy workload/activity periods.
