OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS Clause Samples

The OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS clause defines the terms and responsibilities related to the delivery of goods from the seller to the buyer. It typically specifies how and when products are shipped, who bears the risk and cost of transportation, and any requirements for packaging or documentation. For example, it may state that the seller is responsible for arranging shipment to the buyer’s location and outline procedures for handling delays or damages during transit. This clause ensures clarity in the shipping process, allocates risk between the parties, and helps prevent disputes regarding delivery obligations.
