Outcome of Investigation. After considering all the information reasonably available on the matter, and if the Employer determines that misconduct/behaviour or underperformance issues have occurred, the Employer may, having regard to the degree of misconduct or underperformance: (a) Take no further action; (b) Counsel the Employee and identify and then provide appropriate training, including performance improvement plans for minor issues; (c) Issue a verbal warning; (d) Issue a formal written warning.
Outcome of Investigation. As soon as it is known, the Host Organisation must on a confidential basis inform Snow Medical of the outcome of the investigation into the alleged breach of the Code and/or Research Misconduct and provide Snow Medical with a copy of the investigative report, an analysis of the outcomes of the investigation, and a summary of any remedial action to be taken against the respondent.
