Common use of Outplacement Assistance Clause in Contracts

Upon any termination of employment of the Employee other than for Cause within three years following a Change of Control, the Company shall provide to the Employee outplacement assistance by a reputable firm specializing in such services for the period beginning with the termination of employment and ending three years following the Change of Control.
