Common use of Outplacement Services Clause in Contracts

Outplacement Services. For a period not to exceed six (6) months following the Date of Termination, the Company will provide the Executive with reasonable outplacement services consistent with past practices of the Company prior to the Change in Control or, if no past practice has been established prior to the Change in Control, consistent with the prevailing practice in the medical device manufacturing industry.
