Outplacement Support. The Company will provide me up to 12 months of outplacement support through a provider selected and paid for by the Company. In order to receive any of the Severance Benefits, the Requirements to Accept Offer described below must be fulfilled. If the Requirements to Accept Offer are not fulfilled, the Company Offer automatically terminates. The Severance Benefits are in addition to wages due to me for work performed and will be paid to me as consideration for my settlement, release and discharge of any and all known or unknown claims as described below.

Outplacement Support. The Company will afford an Employee made redundant under clause 34, and who is not redeployed within the Company, access to outplacement assistance. The provider and services offered to the Employee will be at the discretion of the Company.

Outplacement Support. Up to fifteen (15) days of outplacement support thought Right Management Consultants, or a similar company.

If mailed, the envelope must be postmarked no later than May 28, 2021 and must be received within a reasonable time thereafter. If overnighted, it must be received no later than May 28, 2021. Outplacement Support. Where appropriate, the employer shall give affected kaimahi outplacement support to prepare a CV.

Outplacement Support. In addition to the severance benefits provided under the Severance Pay Plan, and in consideration for the Restrictive Covenants contained in Section 12, the Company will provide Employee, following the Employee’s Separation from Service, with outplacement support through an outside agency selected by the Company, at the Company’s expense. The actual level of outplacement support provided will be determined by the Tucson Electric Power ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Company in its discretion. The outside agency’s consulting fees shall be paid directly by the Company in an amount not to exceed $32,000.

Outplacement Support. You will receive executive outplacement and job search support in an amount not to exceed $15,000.

Outplacement Support. As additional consideration, Employer will provide Employee with a maximum of up to 90 days and $3,000 of outplacement services beginning upon the Effective Termination Date. Employee acknowledges that but for this Separation Agreement, Employee would have no right to the benefits described in this paragraph.

Outplacement Support. The Company may offer to the Employee at its discretion, outplacement services with an approved external provider to assist in finding new employment for a value and period determined by the Company.
