Outside Bargaining Unit. Where the Hospital temporarily assigns an employee to carry out the assigned responsibilities of a higher paying classification outside the bargaining unit, the employee shall receive a premium of ninety cents ($0.90) in addition to his/her regular rate for all hours worked while so assigned.
