Common use of Outstanding Bonds Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Bonds. Upon the delivery of this Fifty-fifth Supplemental Indenture, Bonds of the Fifty-sixth Series in an aggregate principal amount of $90,000,000 are to be issued and will be Outstanding, in addition to $1,736,700,000 aggregate principal amount of bonds of prior series Outstanding at the date of delivery of this Fifty-fifth Supplemental Indenture.

Upon the delivery of this Fifty-fifth ninth Supplemental Indenture, Bonds of the Fifty-sixth Sixtieth Series in an aggregate principal amount of $90,000,000 175,000,000 are to be issued and will be Outstanding, in addition to $1,736,700,000 1,846,700,000 aggregate principal amount of bonds of prior series Outstanding at the date of delivery of this Fifty-fifth ninth Supplemental Indenture.

Upon the delivery of this Fifty-fifth eighth Supplemental Indenture, Bonds of the Fifty-sixth ninth Series in an aggregate principal amount of $90,000,000 100,000,000 are to be issued and will be Outstanding, in addition to $1,736,700,000 1,836,700,000 aggregate principal amount of bonds of prior series Outstanding at the date of delivery of this Fifty-fifth eighth Supplemental Indenture.

Upon the delivery of this FiftySixty-fifth ninth Supplemental Indenture, Bonds of the Fifty-sixth Seventieth Series in an aggregate principal amount of $90,000,000 120,000,000 are to be issued and will be Outstanding, in addition to $1,736,700,000 3,043,700,000 aggregate principal amount of bonds of prior series Outstanding at the date of delivery of this FiftySixty-fifth ninth Supplemental Indenture; it being understood that, subject to the provisions of the Mortgage, there shall be no limit on the principal amount of bonds that may be authenticated and delivered under the Mortgage.
