Outstanding Fees. Failure to pay all outstanding fees may result in the loss and/or suspension of extra- curricular activity privileges. Fees may include but shall not be limited to: lost books, late library fees, lunch accounts, before/after care fees, and any and all fees which may accrue in the normal course of the school year.
Outstanding Fees. Termination shall not relieve Medical Practice of the obligation to pay any fees or expenses accrued or payable to Modernizing Medicine prior to the effective date of termination. When we receive funds from you, we will first apply funds to any balances which are in arrears (including any outstanding late fees) and to the earliest month due first. Once past balances are satisfied, any remaining portion of the funds will be applied to current fees due. If any payments remain outstanding after we provide notice to you, we may, in our sole discretion, withhold Services or terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 5.
