In the event Lessee violates this subsection, Lessee shall be responsible for any and all tickets issued to CRMC. In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to reimburse CRMC for actual attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred in defending CRMC and/or Lessee incurred in connection with the issuance of these tickets.
