Overall Feedback and Recommendations. At the conclusion of the evaluation, the supervisor may make a recommendation for corrective action. If applicable, the supervisor’s specific expectations and a timeline for satisfactory completion of those expectations (a Performance Improvement Plan) is provided in writing and included with the evaluation. Lastly, the supervisor makes a recommendation of whether or not the employee’s contract should be renewed. See Appendix B for an example of the Full-Time non-instructional personnel evaluation form.
