Overcharges and Unauthorized Charges. If an audit conducted in accordance with this Section discloses overcharges or unauthorized charges to SBBC by BC in excess of two percent (2%) of the total ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ under this Agreement, the actual cost of SBBC’s audit shall be paid by BC. If the audit discloses ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or charges to which BC is not contractually entitled, BC shall pay said sum to SBBC within twenty (20) days of receipt of written demand under otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.
