Overdraft Protection Transfers Clause Samples

The Overdraft Protection Transfers clause establishes a mechanism by which funds are automatically moved from a linked account to cover transactions that would otherwise result in an overdraft. Typically, this involves transferring money from a savings account or a line of credit to a checking account when the balance is insufficient to cover a payment or withdrawal. This clause helps prevent declined transactions and associated overdraft fees, providing account holders with a safety net against accidental overspending.
