Overdue Fees. In the event that any invoiced amount is not received by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ when due, then without limiting ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’ rights or remedies: (i) such amounts shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month or, if lower, the maximum rate permitted by law; and (ii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may condition all subsequent subscription renewals and Service Orders on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6(b).
