Overload Sick Leave Clause Samples

The Overload Sick Leave clause defines the provisions for granting additional sick leave to employees who are assigned extra work or responsibilities beyond their normal duties. Typically, this clause outlines the eligibility criteria for such leave, the process for requesting it, and the amount of additional sick leave that may be granted in cases of work overload. By establishing clear guidelines for compensating employees with extra sick leave when they are overburdened, the clause helps ensure employee well-being and prevents burnout due to excessive workloads.
